Citibank Tower, London – Propinvest (in conjunction with Derek Quinlain) bought this Landmark tower in Canary Wharf and Mark led the detailed Technical Due Diligence Team.

Propinvest purchased this complex office building which has one of the first Atria’s in the country and Mark led the detailed Technical Due Diligence Team. Mark then pulled a team together to look at a refurbishment, conversion and change of use.
