Resolute was founded by Mark Goulding who is, by profession, a Chartered Building Surveyor, Chartered Project Management Surveyor and RICS Registered Expert Witness. Mark was a Director of the International Property Consultants, Savills, based in London where he was Head of the Southern Region Building Consultancy and Projects Business. Mark left Savills to join the privately owned property investment company, Propinvest where he was Director of Development and Building Consultancy. In his career Mark has been fortunate to have been involved in both high profile and exciting property developments and transactions, and now leads the Resolute Property team.

Alice brings a focused and growth-oriented approach to the consultancy firm. With a first‑class honours degree in Business and ongoing postgraduate study in Building Surveying — alongside her enrolment on the RICS APC pathway — she combines strong academic foundations with an enthusiasm for professional growth.
